Option Two provides you with the opportunity to general contract your own home with additional coaching, consultation, and support. For a set coaching fee of $15,000, this package includes all the features of Option One: assistance with bank draws, access to the Builder Trend software platform, five one-hour coaching sessions, and access to general contractor discount pricing at approved vendors. Like Option One, it also offers the flexibility to purchase additional coaching sessions. In addition, Option Two includes valuable  services such as managing the bidding process and coordinating sub-contractors, giving you even more support to ensure your project runs smoothly and stress-free.
