Todd’s passion for homebuilding began at a young age when he started in residential construction in high school. He worked every summer and during college breaks and obtained experience in every phase of the building process. After earning a Bachelor's degree at UW-Madison and subsequent MBA, Todd worked in corporate America in forecasting, buying, and supply chain for 20 years of his professional career. However, in 2018, Todd decided to take a leap of faith and completely change career paths, returning to the construction industry. He worked a short time for a large commercial construction company and realized his heart truly was in residential construction. He has now been a project manager for the last five years. This experience has not only developed his industry knowledge and skill set, but has also inspired a vision to fulfill his dream of running his own company, founded on a commitment to integrity, clear communication, and transparency with his clients.

Todd's vision led him to the concept of “M4 Flat Fee GC”.  As a project manager and home buyer of three custom homes, Todd has been on both sides of the building process. He has met many individuals who would love to enter their new home with substantial equity by acting as their own general contractor, but are unsure how to begin. Others want a general contractor who will lay out the terms of their commission and expenses with transparency, integrity and a strong method of communication. Todd promises to exceed these expectations with a client-focused approach to building, whether that means coaching someone through general contracting their own home or providing a set, transparent flat-fee from the start of their contract.
