Option Three offers a fully managed solution, where we act as the General Contractor for your home. This option is available for a flat fee of 10% of the total build price of your home, excluding land costs. With this service, we take on the responsibility of overseeing the entire project, ensuring a seamless, professional, and transparent build experience from start to finish.
